We get stronger by facing scary things, especially the parts of ourselves we hate. You don't need to blame yourself for being human and having human needs. You don't need to keep doing things the exact same way, praying for different results and hoping to become a different person while changing nothing. I provide a safe and open but challenging place so that clients can learn to accept themselves as they are, and improve themselves into the person they always wanted to be. Together we can embrace self-acceptance and self-improvement at the same time.
I especially like working with people tired of being doormats and who are ready find their fangs, pissed off men who can run towards gunfire but can’t tell their dads they love him, and high achievers / workaholics who want to stop having to prove themselves to themselves.

I am Licensed in Pennsylvania, Florida, and New York, and am a US Army Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I offer individual, couples, and group psychotherapy options, as well as On Set Counseling, corporate consultation, and public speaking services.
